The complaints or disputes will be always received with attentive benevolence, the good faith being always supposed at that which takes the trouble to make a statement on its situations. In the event of litigation, the customer will address himself by priority to the company to obtain a friendly solution. With defect, the Commercial court of Nice is only qualified, whatever the place of delivery and the mode of payment accepted.

9. Guarantee
